Service & Warranty:
Jinpat provides customized designs and solutions according to your needs as well as OEM or ODM services. Jinpat warrants that the products to be delivered will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of delivery. If, during the warranty period, the product becomes defective by reason of material or workmanship, and customer immediately notifies us of such defect, we shall, at its option, supply a replacement part, request return of goods to its plant for repair, or perform necessary repair at the manufacture’s location. In the event, if Jinpat requests the return of goods; each party is to pay shipping costs upon sending from its location.
